This is the whole record. Each substantive comment on the draft appears here with the clause it addresses, who sent it, and its disposition — accepted, accepted with modification, or declined — each with a reason. A standard whose editor answers comments privately is a standard you have to take on trust. This page is what makes the process checkable instead.
